DEPOSIT
A non-refundable R200 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable via card/cash.
ARRIVAL
BOOKING POLICIES
Arrival past your grace period (15 mins) will incur a R80 late fee. The deposit will be forfeited & appt. cancelled after 20 mins.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins before scheduled time so we have the opportunity to prep for your ultimate comfort.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
If you wish to cancel/reschedule please do so 24-hours before your appt. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
'No-shows' will be permanently prohibited from booking again.
